Nineteen

Nineteen is a stylish, 7 bedroom guest house in a tastefully converted 200 year old Victorian town house in Brighton’s Kemp Town area, just a pebble’s throw from the beach and the pier.

We had a significant refurbishment in 2014 which included double glazed sash windows throughout (meeting the requirements of the Conservation Area we are in), dark oak flooring, completely refurbished ensuites, boosted Wi-Fi coverage, bluetooth speakers and new 'smart' HDTVs in all bedrooms. Guests can expect contemporary decor and lots of modern art from Brighton based artists.

Location wise, our road, Broad Street, isn't a main thoroughfare, but it is moments away from the beach, myriad of bars, clubs and restaurants and just 3 minutes walk from the famous Lanes and the stunning Royal Pavilion.

We offer flexible accommodation options, including room only and breakfast included rates. For guests opting to stay with us on a breakfast included basis, breakfast is served from our partner cafe from 8.30am - 10.30am weekdays and 9am - 11am on weekends.  The cafe is located just a short walk from the guest house.

Please note that in line with the majority of guest houses in central Brighton, we do not have free onsite parking facilities. Guests who are planning to travel by car can purchase on street parking permits from us at a cost of £12 per 24 hour permit.  These permits must be pre-ordered with us at least 5 working days prior to check in date.  This is so we can order them from the council.  Failure to pre-order permits will mean we are unable to assist with parking, and guests will need to make alternative arrangements.
