Guest Health & Safety

While we can't wait to reopen and welcome our guests, we must stay safe and continue to follow the Government guidance set out.


We've been working on our processes and measures to ensure that, when we do open our doors, it is with confidence we can do it safely. This does mean that we have made some changes to the way we operate. To ensure staff and guest safety, we have implemented the following changes: 

Contactless Check-In

Although we are unable to greet you in our usual manner, we are now operating a contactless check-in service. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text message from us with full instructions on how to access the property and locate your room. Please ensure that when you make your booking, you provide correct contact details.


Hand Sanitiser & Social Distancing

We've placed a hand sanitiser station in the entrance hallway and we are asking all guests to make use of this when entering and leaving the property. We're also asking all guests to practice safe social distancing when moving around the property. Advice and guidance on this will be provided in rooms.  


Extended Check-In & Check-Out Times

To allow guests to make the most of their stay and explore everything Brighton has to offer, we've extended our check-in and check-out times. 


Guests will now be able to access their room between 12:00 - 21:00 and we ask that all guests provide an ETA at the point of booking so that we can implement a staggered check-in service. 


We've also extended checkout to 14:00 at which point all guests must vacate the property with their luggage. Unfortunately, we can no longer store baggage for guests. 


Breakfast

We're reviewing how we work with our partner cafe, Red Roaster, so for the time being, we can only provide room-only rates. Fortunately, Brighton boasts a myriad of cafes and restaurants offering take-away breakfast services.


Daily Cleaning Service

We are no longer able to provide a daily cleaning service, but if there is an issue relating to cleanliness, we will be contactable and happy to help. Guests will be required to leave the room before a member of staff enters. 

We hope the measures we are putting in place will ensure you have a safe stay with us, but if you do have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. And although our staff may not be visible, we will still ensure we do everything we can to make your stay as pleasurable and fun as possible.
